Santa Monica, CA.(Geffen Records) - One of rock's most influential and subversive bands is geared up to give fans exactly what they want, as Limp Bizkit releases its first-ever "Greatest Hitz" collection. The Flip/Geffen CD package contains tracks from each of Limp Bizkit's platinum and multi-platinum recordings, as well as three previously unreleased tracks. Also available the same day is a new DVD package, "Greatest Videoz," containing every music video the band has made to date. "Greatest Hitz" and "Greatest Videoz" arrive in stores November 8.

Tracks on "Greatest Hitz" include: "Faith," "Break Stuff," "Nookie," "Rollin," "N 2 Gether Now," and more. Also included are three unreleased songs, "Why," "Lean On Me" and a new track - a mesh of Motley Crüe's "Home Sweet Home" with the Verve's rendition of "Bittersweet Symphony."

Albums represented on "Greatest Hitz" include the band's debut CD "Three Dollar Bill Y'All," as well as "Significant Other," "Chocolate Starfish & the Hot Dog Flavored Water" and "Results May Vary."

Lead singer Fred Durst and bassist Sam Rivers formed Limp Bizkit in Florida in 1994. Rivers' cousin John Otto joined on drums, with guitarist Wes Borland completing the original line-up (later augmented by DJ Lethal). The band signed with Flip/Interscope, which released "Three Dollar Bill Y'All" in 1997. In 1999, "Significant Other" debuted at No 1, selling more than four million copies by year's end.

The following year, the band released the No 1-charting "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water." Other CDs include "New Old Songs," a 2004 set of remixes and, earlier this year the underground release "The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1)." All told, Limp Bizkit has sold 31 million units worldwide, with five Silver, 44 Gold and 140 Platinum certifications in 43 Countries.

Having frequently directed the band's music videos, Durst is now planning a move to feature films, having recently wrapped a co-starring role in "Population 436." Meanwhile he continues to oversee his own label Flawless (home to critics' favorites Ringside and She Wants Revenge).

Though guitarist Wes Borland departed the band for a time, he rejoined for the making of "The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1)." He and Durst are currently writing for the next Limp Bizkit studio release, which surely will be represented on an inevitable second volume of "greatest hitz."
