Midnight Steppin In the Atlanta

Atlanta, Georgia (Warren G) - Chicago Steppin' isn't just something you do, it's a way of life. For those who Step, it's a culture, a rhythm, a means of expression. It is the definition of smooth.

And now, like most of the rituals of Black folk, Chicago Steppin' is being shared. Come see how Chicago Steppin', has finally danced it's way down south, Every Friday night from 8pm – 2am at Endenu, 393 Marietta Street in Downtown Atlanta. Endenu is the perfect setting for couples, there is a live band, and an outdoor patio for Steppin' under the stars.

'Midnight Steppin' is presented by '1 Step Above Productions,' Dr. Tiy-E, and the Magic Man. Much like the successful television show "Dancing with the Stars," there is no experience required! Midnight Steppin,' Friday nights at Endenu, mixes established Steppers with those who have yet to learn the "six count." Beginner Step Lessons are taught every Friday night from 8 – 10pm, by master instructors, Terronce Estell and T.C.

Come experience the dance phenomenon that has inspired music ('Step in the Name of Love' by R. Kelly, Two Step by Ciara), movies (seen in 'Love Jones'), and has become a movement. Born out of the Jitterbug, the Swing, the New Bop and Hand dancing, Steppin' provides an incredible cardiovascular workout, and an excellent way to meet new people. Midnight Steppin' has become so popular that Shoemaker's Warehouse (500 Amsterdam, Atlanta), has signed on as a sponsor and donates several pair of FREE SHOES for men and women to be given away every week!
