Midland Center For The Arts Welcomes Top Young Dance Talent Rhythmic Circus - Feet Don't Fail Me Now!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Midland Center for the Arts) Midland Center for the Arts welcomes some of the country's top dance talent during its 44th performance season.

The excitement starts with the October 15, 2015, performance of Rhythmic Circus - Feet Don't Fail Me Now! Rapid-fire tap, sidesplitting humor and finger-snapping tunes have been electrifying audiences across the globe. Each tap, shuffle and stomp is accompanied by a seven-piece band and vocalist for an evening that will have you jumping out of your seat and dancing along!

On October 24, The Ailey spirit shines as the phenomenal Ailey II dancers combine strength and agility to perform Alvin Ailey's timeless classics and thrilling new works by today's outstanding emerging choreographers. "The Next Generation of Dance." Troy Powell, Artistic Director.

December 4 - 6, the Midland Symphony Orchestra welcomes the Grand Rapids Ballet for Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker. From the storyline to the set design, The Nutcracker has been reimagined for a new generation, featuring Tchaikovsky's masterful musical score along with sets and costumes from the genius of award-winning designers Chris Van Allsburg (The Polar Express, Jumanji) and Eugene Lee (Wicked, Sweeney Todd).

"This is a holiday classic as you've never seen it before," remarked MSO Managing Director Kimberly Dimond. "MCFTA is the only venue hosting this production outside of Grand Rapids; you won't want to miss the opportunity to experience the Broadway feel of this fresh take on a beloved family favorite!"
