Scala & Kolacny Brothers Continue Reign As Heavenly, Haunting International Phenomenon
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Belgium's all-female rock choir Scala & Kolacny Brothers, led by brothers Steven and Stijn, are taking the term "international phenomenon" to a whole new level this summer with a coveted slot at the UK's Latitude Festival, a brand-new music video, and a special PBS broadcast showcasing the group's "ethereal spine-chillers" (Elle).

Scala are currently in the midst of an extensive European tour, which includes playing the prestigious Sunday midday slot at the UK's Latitude Festival on July 17 that Thom Yorke and Joanna Newsom occupied in recent years. The Telegraph (UK) recently celebrated the "angelic" Scala, who "brought rock 'n' roll choir music to millions," and UK's ContactMusic.com raved that their recently-released self-titled album (ATCO) "is every bit as breathtaking, spine tingling and hauntingly beautiful as it promised to be."

NPR recently premiered Scala's sleek and sexy new video for "Everlong," a gorgeous re-imagining of the Foo Fighters classic. The video was directed by Mark Woollen, who catapulted Scala to fame when he included their version of Radiohead's "Creep" in 'The Social Network' trailer.

Scala will take their "sweet songbird attack" (LA Times) to PBS in August, where they will debut a pledge drive special.
