SANTA MONICA, CA. (Interscope Records) - Audioslave will begin an intimate venue tour in April, and will debut new songs from their forthcoming second CD, which is set to be released in May.
These shows will be the band's first U.S. tour since 2003.
"Being in this band just makes it so easy to get lost in the music," said front man Chris Cornell. "With Audioslave, I have really started to like being on the road and we are planning to tour a lot."

Shows for many dates will start going on sale this weekend. In many tour cities, there will be special on sales that will give the most devoted fans a better chance at the limited number of available tickets. Fans should listen to rock stations in the cities below for specific details.
"Be Yourself," the band's first single from their sophomore CD, debuted on radio just days ago and is already burning up the airwaves.
