If using sweetened chocolate or milk chocolate, make sure to adjust the amount to sugar accordingly to avoid things from getting too sweet😊 - When leaving the sponge to cool for more than 20 minutes, make sure to cover with a clean tea towel to prevent it from drying out - In order to save time go in the following sequence: 1. Make the sponge 2. While it is baking, prepare the filling and put it in the refrigerator to chill 3. Allow the sponge to cool 4. In the meantime make the ganache and chill it 5. Fill and roll the sponge and refrigerate 6. everything is ready Try this recipe. Like the video, leave a comment and don't forget to subscribe! Happy Baking😊
