Biography
Monique Smit, was born in Volendam on 9 April 1989. She's a dutch Singer and hairstylist. She is best known from the dutch tv show "Gewoon Jan smit". A real life soap about her brother Jan Smit, who is a famous singer in The Netherlands and Germany.
Monique Smit took part in a tv-show called 'Just the two of us', in which she had to sing duets with singer Xander de Buisonjé. This is where she first started singing. Monique and Xander didn't win the show, but became 2nd. However, Monique did end up recording a single.
