Dapper Laughs


Dapper Laughs (born Daniel O'Reilly) is a cockney comedian specialising in Girls, Dates, Mates, Banter, Work, Sex and Family. His work has been described as a ”Geezer Guide“. Dapperlaughs recently grew to fame on social networking sites Facebook and Vine in which he has amassed followers of 800,000 and 320,000 respectively.

Near the end of 2013 he signed a national deal to make him a household name by 2014. Dapperlaughs is known for his catchphrase ”#moist“ and ”#sheknows“ which contradicts his earlier work as an out and proud comedian on LGBT Cruise Ships. However Dapper later discovered a gap in the market for ‘geezer humour’ which he is currently exploiting.
In 2014 he released the single "Proper Moist" and within a day the song climbed into the iTunes UK Top 10. The song entered the UK Singles Chart at number 15. Starting in 2014, Dapperlaughs began his Moist Tour which tours the UK and contains standup comedy, his supporting act on the tour is fellow Viner Joe Charman.
