Steven Stern


Steven Stern is a Composer, Producer, Songwriter, Multi-Instrumentalist, and Music Executive, with vast experience in all aspects of music for film and television on both the creative and business sides. He has served as Composer and Producer on hundreds of motion picture advertising campaigns, promos and commercials and as Composer on over 30 films and TV shows. As a Songwriter/Producer Steven has had countless Film and TV placement both in the U.S. and around the world.

In May of 2012, A song called "Different Worlds" which Steven Co-wrote and produced, went to #1 on iTunes in Australia after it was featured in a promo for "The Voice Australia" and was then performed by a contestant on the show.
He is the founder and former owner of a boutique production music company, which he sold in 2008, and a former protégé or academy award winning Film Composer Hans Zimmer with whom he worked on “The Lion King” and numerous other projects.
Steven currently serves as Vice President of Custom Music for APM Music where he works to develop the division overseeing a wide variety of custom music projects, as well as continuing to compose and produce.
