Biography

Reik is a Mexican band from Mexicali, Baja California formed by Jesús Alberto Navarro Rosas (lead vocals), Julio Ramírez Eguía (guitar/background vocals), and Gilberto Marín Espinoza (guitar). The group's name actually means "rake" (as in raking the guitar's strings), but the band wanted their Mexican listeners to pronounce it correctly, hence, Reik.
In 2003, Abelardo Vazquez ended their then-nascent musical project, tentatively called "Reik". Abelardo Vazquez invited Jesús Navarro and Julio Ramirez to record their first demos, which were released through the Mexican underground club scene. Two of the most successful demos - "Levemente" and "Ahora Sin Ti" - brought more widespread coverage across Mexico. In early 2004, Reik invited Gilberto to join the band. They have been famous ever since, mainly in Latin America and the United States. Their videos have been broadcast on famous music television channels, such as MTV and HTV. Their second studio album, Secuencia, was released on December 12, 2006, which featured the first single, "Invierno" (released on September 18), which gained a lot of popularity based Latin American airplay. On September 30, 2008 Reik released their third studio album Un Día Más, for which they won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Pop Album by a Duo or Group with Vocals in 2009.
Reik confirmed their participation in the Viña del Mar International Song Festival in February 2015, and won the Silver and Golden Seagull after their presentation.

Jan Carlos Ozuna Rosado (born March 13, 1992), known by his stage name, Ozuna, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton and Latin trap singer, having released many hits such as "Si No Te Quiere", "No Quiere Enamorarse", "Te Vas", "Dile Que Tu Me Quieres", "En La Intimidad", "Tu Foto", "Quiero Repetir", "El Farsante", "Se Preparó" and "La Modelo" and having been featured on several hits from the genre, most notably on De La Ghetto's "La Ocasión", Chris Jeday's "Ahora Dice" and the remix, Daddy Yankee's "La Rompe Corazones", Wisin's "Escápate Conmigo" and Bad Bunny's "Diles" and "Soy Peor (Remix)".

Juan Luis Morera Luna (born December 19, 1978), best known as his stage name Wisin, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton rapper, singer and record producer, best known as a member of the reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel. He released his first solo album El Sobreviviente in 2004, and ten years later, in 2014, his second solo studio album, El Regreso del Sobreviviente was released. Wisin is currently working with Prince Royce on their Power and Love tour.
Wisin met Yandel in school. They began performing as a duo in the late '90s and made their album debut in 2000 with Los Reyes del Nuevo Milenio. They later made the jump to a major label in 2003 with Mi Vida... My Life, their first for Universal subsidiary Machete Music. Pa'l Mundo then catapulted them to mainstream success in 2005. Subsequently, Wisin & Yandel established their own label, WY Records, and presented an affiliate group, Los Vaqueros. In November 2013, after the duo's Líderes tour, the duo went into hiatus, but although rumors saying their split was because of differences between them, Yandel denied those rumors and confirmed they're not disbanded.
