Therapie Taxi (sometimes stylized as Therapie TAXI) is a French band mixing several musical genres such as pop, rock and rap.
In December 2012, Adelaide posted an announcement on a dating site for musicians and Raphael responded. They meet in the district of Pigalle and during this meeting, the seventeen-year-old cellist-guitarist played on "Jimmy" by Moriarty. They decide to form a band and repeat on Sunday, wrote songs in English before choosing to sing in French, inspired by bands like La Femme et Fauve.
The first name of the group is Milky Way, but it changes with the arrival of Felix on guitar and keyboards and Renaud on drums. It is renamed Therapie Taxi.
Their first single as Therapie Taxi is "Salop(e)": this song had a small success on the net, several record companies were interested for the group and they finally signed on Panenka Music a contract.
In March 2017, they released first EP. In 2018 they released first single from their future debut album, Comas idyllique. It is followed by Hit Sale featuring Romeo Elvis who is the most listened to the playlist of new talents on Spotify.
Romeo Elvis , of his real name Romeo Johnny Elvis Kiki Van Laeken, born on December 13, 1992 in Uccle and he is a Belgian rapper. He is close to the Belgian group L'Or du Commun, the duo Caballero & JeanJass, as well as French Lomepal.
