Biography
In the beginning there was drums and drums that created a groove. ARIS found his love with the beats and the groove within electronic music. When starting his music career drums and percussion played a major part.
The Greek/Swedish DJ has since the beginning of his career in 2004 experimented with various rhythms from Mediterranean and Latin music whilst also being influenced by the UK dance sound.
The music of ARIS represents a fusion of dance music styles such as House, Tech house, Deep House and Techno but always bringing a new rhythm to his live sets buy incorporating the drums and percussions that he was brought up with.
ARIS represents an alternative to the the dance music scene were a DJ usually plays one style of House music, instead he crosses the various styles with a blend of his own.
Playing for more than 12 years and producing his own music the last 4 years has put a new perspective in his life. From playing in Greece during the summers to the clubs in Stockholm during the winters, 2015 was the year when it all picked up pace. By living in Ibiza, Spain during the summer of 2015 he got opportunities to play at beach clubs and bars where he got the inspiration to the latest productions.
Being a person that lives and works within Dance Music has never been more perfectly timed. Since 2016 he has held the position as resident DJ at Berns which is the biggest nightclub in Sweden. At this and other venues in Stockholm, ARIS has had the opportunity to play before Hot Since 82, Jooris Vorn, Diplo, Nervo, Adriatique and many many more.
