Anita Baker and
Michael Jackson from a very young age, HeEro has always had an appreciate for all generes of music. Even though he embraces many different genres from Metal to Classical, HeEro credits "Mind Playin' Tricks" by the
Geto Boys as the song that changed his life, solidifying his love and passion for Hip Hop. After learning various instruments HeEro found that freestyle battling was his outlet for true expression and spent his High School years learning how to write bars in proper format and developed his own distinct delivery.
Heavily influenced by 2pac, The Notorious B.I.G., DMX, Eminem, and Nas; HeEro took elements from these Hip Hop greats such as 2pac's powerful delivery, Biggie's storytelling, and DMX's energy to create his own style. HeEro's latest release "B.lood O.n P.aper" is a great example of his ability to blend different genres, innovative sounds, and soulful tones in a vibrant authentic manner. The mixtape features a variety of styles even incorporating a
Deftones and
Linkin Park cover. If you are looking for a well crafted mixtape from an experienced artist who is not afraid to run his own lane, HeEro's "B.lood O.n P.aper" is a must listen for you. Keep up with HeEro on his Twitter at @The_O_Outcast.
