Members Of The Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Boston, Train And More To Perform Charity Show For The Late Dan Toler, Iconic Guitarist Of The Allman Brothers Band
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ DMK Publicity) Talk about star power! The American Vinyl All Star Band, featuring legends of rock n' roll Jeffrey "Skunk" Baxter (Doobie Bothers/Steely Dan), Barry Gordreau (formerly of Boston), Fran Sheehan (formerly of Boston), Leroy "LRS" Romans (The Wailers/3rd World), Robert "Mousey" Thompson (James Brown), Charlie Colin (founding member of Train), and Danny Beissel (Fosterchild), are scheduled to perform a charity show for the late Dan Toler on Friday, July 25 at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, FL at 7 PM.

During this exciting, star-studded performance, the "All Stars" are scheduled to play a selection of songs from the Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Boston, Train and more and will be joined by a special guest appearance by the Toler-Tucci Band, the last band that the late Toler performed with.
"This show is a celebration of Dan's extraordinary life as a guitarist and a person," said Steve Tucci, who organized the concert for his former band mate. "It is an honor to have musicians of this caliber with us to help us remember Dan and show our respect for his family."

Toler, who became popular in the late 1970s as a member of Dickey Betts & Great Southern, went on to become a member of the Allman Brothers Band with Betts from 1979 to 1982 and later as a guitarist for the Gregg Allman Band in the 1980s, achieving stardom with the hit album I'm No Angel in 1987. In the 1990s, he formed several bands with John Townsend of the Sanford-Townsend Band and in 2011 he formed the Toler-Tucci Band, releasing their debut CD in 2012 with acclaimed vocalist Verceal Whitaker of The Platters.

The Dan Toler Memorial Benefit Concert will be held at Jannus Live on Friday, July 25 at 7 PM. Tickets are available now at www.Jannuslive.com for $20 (pre-show) or $25 at the door. All net proceeds from the show will benefit the Toler family.

Jannus Live is located at 200 1st Ave. N. Downtown St. Petersburg, FL 33701.
