Music Television star and Canadian singer/songwriter, Quentin Reddy, is excited to announce the release date of his highly anticipated debut album Diamond in the Rough. This album will be available Tuesday, August 12th on iTunes and other online retailers.
Diamond in the Rough will boost your mood and touch your heart with upbeat foot stompin' tunes and lighter-swaying melodies. Quentin hones in on a raw country style combining country rock with a dash of folk.
"I am very excited and relieved to be releasing my first full length album Diamond in the Rough," Quentin said. "It's been in the works since 2010, but finally I feel it's ready for the world. Listening through the album, you can hear a lot of different influences of mine, from Steve Earle, Eric Church, Kentucky Headhunters, to
Lynyrd Skynyrd and other great rock bands that have formed my style. I hope everyone enjoys this album half as much as I did writing and recording it!"
From ballads about irreplaceable love to melodies about everyday life and paying the bills, Quentin's music is refreshingly relatable. So raise your drinks and get your dancing shoes ready because Quentin's new album is one for the books!
This Newfoundland native co-wrote almost all the songs on his album and also featured celebrated writers such as Darren Crone, Ron McNeill, Nick Posnikoff, Larry Wayne Clark, Rob Crosby, Brice Long, Jimmy Whiffen, Jason Howard, Doug Forshey and Matt Rogers.
