Anie Releases Brilliant Album While Remaining Peculiar And Ambiguous

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Anie official website) Anie is both an ambitious and nebulous character, her existence seemingly ambiguous, her creative output continuously brilliant. Some say she is only an idea, dreamt-up by an anonymous collective of artists from the east coast, and some insist that she's an actual person. The project is mostly a mystery, so far consisting of strange films filled with ambient strings, noise and flickering frames. She has rarely spoken publicly, but has made a brief statement on her social media accounts, describing her goal to "reconcile the vast loneliness and absurdity of existence," as well as her intent to release an upcoming short album, named Lovekill.

An astonishing collection of intricate pop songs, Lovekill is set to be released on August 22, 2014. The EP will be available, in its entirety, for free streaming and download from Soundcloud and Bandcamp.
