Doug Osborne And Serious Fun Re-Releases Single 'Arrest My Heart'

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Serious Fun - Doug Osborne on Guitars and Vocals, Stephen Wild on Bass and Vocals, and Liz DiSessa on Drums, tore up the clubs in Boston in the early '80s. The Paradise, The Rat, The Channel, Jumpin' Jack Flash, Bunrattys...all of the great clubs from that classic period in Boston Rock.

Serious Fun saved their money for recording and enlisted the aid of Andy Mendelson (Andy Pratt, etc.), recording seven songs at Baker Street Studios in Watertown, MA. Doug and Andy mixed three songs from the 8-Track 1" multitracks to 2-Track 1/4" - Cambridge Nights (released as a download and streaming single last month), Pasted On Pout, and this one: Arrest My Heart.

This recording was released on the VAR International Boston Rock and Roll Anthology #4. The vinyl mastering was sped up a little - this remastered version is the first release ever at the proper speed, is remastered to sound as close to the original analog tape as possible.
