New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The new Afflicted By Design single, "I Believe In Halloween," was released digitally at iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, AmazonMP3, Rdio & Deezer on November, 4, 2014. Originally intended as a Halloween release, the song got held up in licensing red tape. However, like "Everyday Is Halloween" by Ministry, this isn't a seasonal Halloween song. It's a song for the people that dress in black; the people that celebrate the night; that are out of the ordinary; that are a little bit left of center; that worship the dark. For those of us that everyday is Halloween.
Once again S.A.
Sebastian teamed up with Michael J. Carrasquillo (Slick Idiot, isol8ed) on drums and vocals, and, this time with guitarist Dylan S. Mitchell (Scratcher, Blueberry High Heels) on guitar solos.
"I Believe In Halloween" is a cover of the song by The Voluptuous Horror of
Karen Black; an amazing Goth-Punk band from NYC, whose songs and performances have influenced and inspired Sebastian. After you've listened to the Afflicted By Design version, take the time to check out the original.
