Triangulated between three electronic music sub-styles, 'Beluga' is an ultra-culture - a once-tried/never-forgotten compression of trance, progressive and house music.
'Beluga' vividly seizes the hinterland between its three sub-styles, dialling-in upliftingly housey vocally loops, big stabbily trancefied riffs and trance-progressively leaning sub-melodies. Bringing EQ with IQ to its equation, and a full frequency range of speaker-panning FX for good measure, through Areas' skilled pitch wheel machinations, it ratchets its pressure higher. At the top of the drop, it finally cedes to the chime of its elevating-ly celestial pads & chords, before engaging its floor-flaming, roof-removing mainline!

Joseph Areas - abridged biography: The talented Miami-based DJ/Producer, Joseph Areas was touched by music from the earliest points of his life. That was given 'a voice' when he was received his first turntables aged 15.
With his desire and passion for electronic dance music developing at pace, he soon realized he wanted to work within the scene itself. Pre-set with an eclectic musical knowledge & background (which included everything from Rap, Hip Hop & R&B to Merengue, Bachata and Salsa), he immersed himself with various sounds, rhythms, and instruments. After many years of persistence and entrepreneurialism, in 2008 Joseph launched the
Arisa Audio label - his on-going mission to deliver the highest quality, progressive electronic music to club floors and music lovers.
Joseph Areas' first production was quickly snapped up by Armada Music… Using cutting-edge technology and production methods, his artistic side began evolving at pace. His sound is a unique combination of euphoric melody, twinned with floor-kick energy, which takes listeners right out to the emotively exhilarated redline. In his short production span, he's achieved significant and sustained DJ support from many of the scene's upper circle.
