Full Sail University Announces Graduate Results For The 87th Annual Academy Awards
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Full Sail University is proud to announce that 27 graduates were credited on 9 Oscar-winning films at the 87th annual Academy Awards. Graduates of Full Sail University have participated in industry roles on 13 Best Picture winning films over the last 20 years, including this year's Best Picture winner, Birdman. The Oscars, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, aired live on Sunday, February 22, on ABC.

Full Sail graduates worked on films that won in 17 different categories including: Best Picture, Animated Feature, Visual Effects, Film Editing, Cinematography, Production Design, and Sound Mixing, just to name a few. Among these categories, Full Sail graduates were credited on the winning films: American Sniper, Big Hero 6, Birdman, Feast, Interstellar, Selma, Still Alice, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Whiplash. At this year's awards ceremony, a total of 102 Full Sail graduates were credited on 22 Oscar-nominated films across 20 categories.
