West End Star - Daniel Koek
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Daniel Koek is firmly established as one of music theatre's leading men with a catalogue of roles to his name. Following his extended stint of being the youngest ever longest serving Jean Valjean in Les Miserables in the West End, he left the production last summer to concentrate on his new album 'High'. Daniel has performed to over 3 million people in the last five years, with fans seeing him play Tony in the 50th Anniversary production of 'West Side Story', Anatoly Sergievsky in Craig Revel Horwood's award-winning production of 'Chess' and Cable in the Lincoln Centre Production of 'South Pacific'.

'High' includes songs by Josh Groban, Adele and Billy Joel plus the classic 'Bring Him Home', a duet with Jonathan Ansell. The album showcases the full scale of Daniel's effortless and beautiful vocal range and he looks set to have a continually successful career both on and off the stage.

The single Always and Forever will be the first track to be taken from the album to coincide with its release. The song was written by John Cohen and Brendan Graham, the men behind the classic 'You Raise Me Up'.
