Mega Ran's UK Tour And Album Recording Experience
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) "Teacher Rapper Hero" Mega Ran (Raheem Jarbo) is returning to the UK for his 4th time, but on a twofold mission. The artist formerly known as Random is performing at least 4 shows throughout the United Kingdom, and is also recording for his next solo album, tentatively titled "RNDM."

"It's always been a dream of mine to record an album overseas," Jarbo says. "Now I'll get to do that with a project that I truly feel is my best work ever. I'm Super stoked."

Jarbo is putting the finishing touches on an album that was funded by over $18,000 in crowdsourced support through Kickstarter and will release digitally, on CD, vinyl and in a never-before done feat, on an NES cartridge, this Fall.

On the tour with Ran will be fellow Phoenix artists Bag of Tricks Cat, and DJ Unknown.
Dates for the "Emerald Knights Tour:"
10 June @ Surya London
11 June @ Club PST, Birmingham
12 June @ Sweeneys Pub (YouBloom Festival), Dublin, Ireland
13 June @ The Centre for Computing History Museum, Cambridge
More to be announced.
So far the album contains contributions from heavy hitters Joell Ortiz, MURS, Kool Keith, Homeboy Sandman and more.
The Tour will resume in the US, with dates for that to be announced.
