New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Fortunate Youth, the South Bay California Reggae supergroup, continues to pound the pavement, independently earning their second number one on the Billboard and iTunes Reggae chart.
Fresh off their
Spring Tour in support of their album, "
Don't Think Twice", the band released the aptly titled album on May 5th,
Cinco De Mayo which went directly to number one on the iTunes and Billboard Reggae Album charts respectively.
Although it is their second number one, "It's All A Jam" preceded, the Fortunate Youth boys had no time to celebrate and immediately jumped on the stage with legendary acts, Fishbone,
Cypress Hill and others at the California
Roots Music & Arts Festival in Monterey, CA on May 22-24, 2015. If you missed that show, you can catch them this summer on stage with with monster Reggae crossover act Inner Circle, who had the smash hit "
