Born Cages Stream New Album 'I'm Glad I'm Not Me'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Eclectic indie rock band Born Cages premiere an exclusive early stream of their album, I'm Glad I'm Not Me, today via AllMusic. The album will be available on June 2nd via Washington Square/Razor & Tie - iTunes: https://geni.us/borncages.

I'm Glad I'm Not Me was produced by Jon Kaplan (Cage The Elephant, Walk The Moon) and co-produced by lead singer and guitarist Vlad Holiday. The album features explosive guitar riffs and heavenly backup vocals to match the unfiltered charm of Born Cages' urban English indie rock vibe. The album includes fan favorite/first single and synth heavy "Rolling Down the Hill," as well as their newly released electro-rock anthem, "I Just Want The Truth, Baby." The album's artwork was designed by London-based illustrator Matthew Cooper, who's worked with Arctic Monkeys, The Kills, Paul McCartney, and Caribou to name a few. AXS compares the band to chart-toppers Walk The Moon, stating Born Cages have, "exceptional potential to infiltrate mainstream radio and shake it up."

Born Cages recently concluded a US tour with co-headliners Dreamers and special guests The Kickback. The band will head out this summer for the entire 2015 Vans Warped Tour (dates below).

Lead singer and guitarist Vlad Holiday formed Born Cages in 2011 and the group dove head-first into New York City's unique indie rock movement. He is joined by Dave Tantao on drums and Matt Maroulakos on bass/keyboards. The band has received nods from the likes of Rolling Stone, MTV.com, and Vice Noisey and they have shared bills with a bevy of acts such as Hockey, Magic Man, X Ambassadors, Donald Cumming (of The Virgins), Har Mar Superstar, Prinze George, JD Samson, Said The Whale and Public Access TV. They were even handpicked by Guns N' Roses to be the sole support band on two sold out GN'R club shows.

Yahoo Music recently raved, "Born Cages is a group that definitely knows how to bring the rock." The band's video for the song "Rolling Down The Hill" won mtvU's The Freshmen competition and the song has charted Top 10 at Alternative Specialty radio. A remix of the song reached #2 on Hype Machine's popular remix chart.
