As reflected in the 8-K filed with the SEC on June 4, 2015, VNUE is now the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, the shareholders of VNUE now control approximately 80% of the outstanding shares of the Company, and the business of VNUE will be pursued by the Company going forward. Upon closing, VNUE's executives were appointed as officers and directors of the Company. The Company's management team now includes Matthew Carona as CEO, Louis Mann as President, and Collin Howard as CFO.
