We Were Wolves Premieres New EP 'Ruin Your Weekend'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) WE WERE WOLVES - the emerging four-piece Houston, Texas-based rock band - premiered their new EP RUIN YOUR WEEKEND in advance of its Tuesday, June 16 release. You can listen to the EP-which highlights the band's blazing hard rock with striking psychedelic stylings.

"I'm really excited about this recording," vocalist/guitarist Drew Haught tellsPUREVOLUME. "We're usually super critical of everything that we do but with this release, we are stoked how it came out. We have been playing together for a while but we are still a young band that is figuring things out as we go. The experience we had making this record taught us a lot about our band and how we work together as band members and songwriters."

The official music video for the EP's guitar-fueled title track and lead single premiered with DIFFUSER.FM (6/3). "The song itself showcases We Were Wolves' impeccable knack to create hard-hitting rock and roll while always remaining completely in control," says DIFFUSER's Chuck Armstrong. "…the accompanying visuals only serve to further those sentiments."

WE WERE WOLVES-Drew Haught (vocals/guitar), Vinc Prihoda (guitar),Chris Badger (bass), and Zach Elizondo (drums)-recently hit the festival stage (June 6) performing at Free Press Summer Festival in Houston, TXalongside artists such as Mastodon, Skrillex and Weezer, among others. FREE PRESS HOUSTON writer David Garrick notes, "When you catch these guys live, you might need an Advil in the morning from the breakneck pace they bring when they perform. Easily one of Houston's more entertaining acts…" (3/20/2015)
