Lost Film Premiere New Song On Culture Collide; Upcoming LP 'Imago' Out August 18, 2015
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Lost Film, the latest project of Northampton musician Jimmy Hewitt (formerly known as Orca Orca) is premiering a new song titled "Something's Missing" today on Culture Collide.
The track will appear on Lost Film's upcoming LP titled 'Imago,' out August 18 on The Native Sound. Pre-orders are now available.
Lost Film will play a series of shows in support of the LP this fall. See dates below.

9/3 - Great Scott - w/ Funeral Advantage, Bent Shapes - Boston, MA
9/4 - The Flywheel - w/ Bent Shapes, Wild Pink, Shakusky - Easthampton, MA
9/5 - Everybody Hits - w/ Pill Friends, Cousin Brian, Ghost Gum - Philly, PA
9/6 - Palisades - w/ Wild Pink, Soft Fangs - Brooklyn, NY

"Most of Lost Film's music is mellow, understated pop, buoyed by a solid guitar foundation. "Something's Missing," the latest single from Imago, is no exception, as it's driven by a distinct guitar line that alternates between complementing and imitating the melody. A slowed down surf rock track, the song has a catchy, mid-tempo rhythm over which Hewitt's calming vocals become the focal point." - Culture Collide
