Lil Wayne & Charlie Puth Are "Nothing But Trouble"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Big Beat and Atlantic Records have announced the release of "Nothing But Trouble," the blockbuster new single from Lil Wayne & Charlie Puth. The track, which premiered via iHeartRadio, is available on the iTunes Store and all DSPs.
"Nothing But Trouble" marks the first single from Big Beat's hugely anticipated soundtrack for 808, the landmark documentary chronicling the incredible story of the influential Roland TR-808 drum machine. The comprehensive soundtrack companion - slated to arrive later this year in conjunction with the film's official release - gathers an array of era-spanning tracks born of and inspired by the 808, including 1982's world-changing "Planet Rock" by Afrika Bambaataa & The Soulsonic Force, which will be accompanied by a brand-new remix package featuring interpretations by some of today's brightest and most forward-thinking producers.

A You Know Films production in association with Atlantic Films, 808 -- which features commentary and contributions from such superstars as Pharrell Williams, Afrika Bambaataa, Questlove, Damon Albarn, David Guetta, Phil Collins, Diplo, New Order, and Norman Cook (Fatboy Slim), as well as pioneering artists and producers including Rick Rubin, Jellybean Benitez, Hank Shocklee, and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis -- premiered earlier this year as part of SXSW Film's "24 Beats Per Second" series showcasing the sounds, culture, and influence of music and musicians.

808 is directed by Alexander Dunn and produced by Alex Noyer (also Executive Producer), Atlantic Records Chairman/CEO - and Big Beat Records founder - Craig Kallman, and Alexander Dunn. The film was produced and co-executive produced by Arthur Baker for Re-Covered Content Ltd. and written by Alexander Dunn and Luke Bainbridge. Legendary radio host Zane Lowe provides narration for all released editions of 808.

Charlie Puth has fast become a worldwide star thanks to the international smash hit, "See You Again," by Wiz Khalifa (Feat. Charlie Puth). The 2 x RIAA platinum certified track - featured on Atlantic Records' Furious 7: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, the official musical companion to Universal's record-breaking action-thriller - has proven one of the decade's biggest singles, topping Billboard's "Hot 100" for a stunning 10 weeks and counting.

With total worldwide streams now exceeding 76 million, "See You Again" has shattered Spotify records, making history as the most streamed track ever on Spotify in a single day (with 3.18 million global streams on April 8th alone) and in a single week (a stunning 21.9 million worldwide streams). As if all that weren't enough, "See You Again" proved the first song to score more than 1 million Shazams over one week in nearly three years while spending four consecutive weeks at #1 on Shazam's "Worldwide Top 200" and "USA Top 200."

Puth is currently getting ready to join Meghan Trainor on her much anticipated "MTrain Tour," getting underway July 12th at Chicago's Aragon Ballroom and then traveling through September -- for dates, please visit www.charlieputh.com/#tour. Puth and Trainor are already making waves together with the talented young tunesmith's new single, "Marvin Gaye (Feat. Meghan Trainor)," featured on his recently released Atlantic Records debut EP, Some Kind Of Love.
