Publishing has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Abood Music, the publishing arm of Jamdown Entertainment. The agreement was announced today by Downtown Music

One of the leading catalogues in the Jamaican music community, Abood Music
credits include Nina Sky's BMI Award-winning "Move Ya Body
" (#4 on Billboard Hot 100) and Pitbull's debut release "Culo" -- both of which sample of Cordell 'Scatta' Burrell's "Coolie Dance" -- as well as cuts on albums by Snoop Dogg, T.I., Lil' Kim
and Major Lazer.

The addition of the Abood Music
catalogue is the first agreement signed by the Company's UK office since the acquisition of Eagle-I Music.
