Hailed By Scottish Press As The New Eminem, Producer And Rapper DMC Gets Set To Release His New Project - Declassified

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) DMC enjoyed success with the song 'Outcast' which attracted the attention of XFM DJ Jim Gellatly, who featured the track on his Amazing Radio Show.

His music touches on first-hand experiences dealing with social issues that are realtime happenings in his hometown of Glasgow, Scotland. DMC produces, mixes and masters every track, giving him full control of his own compositions and leaving him free to create the sounds that matter to him.

DMC favours short movies that reflect each track. 'Outcast' has him moving backwards whilst reminiscing. It starts with the present and moves backwards through important times in his life until he ends up back at his old family home. The video for 'Versace Memories' is shot through a point-of-view angle and details the struggles he went through with depression.

Popular with local press, he has gained coverage with the release of his album 'Nothing is Promised and tied the release into a promotion to raise money for the local food bank.

Scottish Newspaper, The Daily Record, heralded DMC as "The Scottish Eminem" in January 2015.
