New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The prolific instrumental duo ZOMBI have announced a tour with labelmates Pinkish Black in support of their first album in four years, 'Shape Shift', which is due via Relapse Records on October 16 (alongside the Cub original motion picture soundtrack by the group's Steve Moore). The band have always been an impressive live act , renowned for their ferocious virtuosity and mesmerizing ability to play multiple instruments simultaneously; performances of the new material will prove no exception as Shape Shift marks the band's move back to composing as a live unit after a multi-album detour into electronic studio constructions. The dates mark the band's first headline tour in nearly eight years, a period during which similarly styled synth acts and reissues of original horror soundtracks have surged in popularity following a trail blazed by ZOMBI.
