Music where she was educated in Piano studies and
Music Theory. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management from The College of Insurance and an M.B.A. in Finance from St. John's University, she pursued a career in Brokering in 1990, only to branch out as a leading figure in multiple professional fields.
Ms. Headley brings an elite resume of diverse business experience. Founder, President and CEO of Joe's
Music Center and Performing Arts Inc., she is also Co-Chair of Arts Facet at the Greater Queens Chapter of The Links Incorporated, in addition to being Co-Founder and Board
Director of Major
Music International Corporation. She is the Vice President at Willis
Natural Resources of New York, Inc., as well as Producer and
Client Advocate for a number of multinational energy, chemical, utility and financial companies. She is currently responsible for the account management, including the servicing, implementation and energy insurance program development of Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean and North America.
Ms. Headley participates in many activities that enrich her civic connections to the community and is devoted to neighborhood outreach through partnership with several New York City public schools, charter schools and Medgar Evers College to provide performing arts education to youth. "I am committed to empowering youth by developing their talents and increasing their visibility within the community," she said.
