Bayer Presents Country Music Star Luke Bryan On Fall Farm Tour
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Bayer is joining country music superstar Luke Bryan to bring his 7th annual farm tour to eight cities across the U.S. Bryan, the son of a peanut farmer from Georgia, launched the tour in 2009 as a way to highlight and celebrate the contribution farmers make to improving lives.

"Farmers enrich our bodies and lives and musicians like Luke Bryan enrich our souls," said Ray Kerins, head of communications, government relations and policy for Bayer. "For eight nights this harvest season, we'll join Luke to kick up a little dust in farming communities across the U.S. to give our thanks to those in agriculture who dedicate their lives to making everyone's better. Farming is a 24/7 job so we're excited to help give them a few hours of fun with one of today's top stars."

Bayer will be the title sponsor of the tour and will highlight its annual #Thankful4Ag campaign which activates consumers to provide meals to those in need while thanking farmers for their contribution to feeding the planet. Show stops will also feature exciting opportunities for attendees to learn more about Bayer products like K9 Advantix, and crop science brands like Bayer Advanced, Credenz, Stoneville and Fibermax that embody the Bayer mission of "Science for a Better Life."

Dates and locations for the tour include:
September 30 - Ft. Wayne, Indiana - M&J Farms
October 1 - Lexington, Kentucky - Talon Farm and Winery
October 2 - Knoxville, Tennessee - Maple Lane Farms
October 3 - Columbia, South Carolina - Culler Farms
October 7 - Starkville, Mississippi - Holtzcamp Farms
October 8 - Tuscaloosa, Alabama - Twin Creeks Farm
October 9 - Macon, Georgia - Midway at Central City Park
October 10 - Valdosta, Georgia - MJ Taylor Farms

The Luke Bryan Farm Tour was launched in 2009. During the tour, Bryan brings his high-energy show to local farms. A portion of the ticket proceeds are granted for local college scholarships ("Luke Bryan Farm Tour Scholarship") to students from a farming family within the communities the tour plays.

Since the debut of his first album in 2007, Luke Bryan has placed 13 singles at No. 1 and sold nearly 8 million albums with 30 million digital tracks from his five studio albums. He has been named Entertainer of the Year by both the Academy of Country Music (twice) and the Country Music Association. Luke recently debuted his KILL THE LIGHTS album at #1 on both the Billboard Top 200 and Top Country Albums charts, where it remained for two consecutive weeks. This is Luke's third consecutive album to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200. KILL THE LIGHTS also becomes the third-largest album debut in 2015, next to the R&B/hip hop releases from Drake and Kendrick Lamar. KILL THE LIGHTS is the highest country album debut in the last two years as well, since Luke's own CRASH MY PARTY release debuted at #1 in August 2013. Luke is taking his "Kick The Dust Up Tour" across North America in 2015 and to date has sold-out nine stadium shows. His seventh annual Farm Tour will run September 30 to October 10. Earlier this year, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum launched a new exhibit, "Luke Bryan: Dirt Road Diary." The exhibit runs through November 8, 2015.
