Twang and Round, are thrilled to debut their brand new video, "Pour Another Round," this Thursday, October 1 via cutting edge technology: an iPhone 5s :). "Pour Another Round," the stellar title track from their recently released debut EP, showcases the duo's unique musical style of country, hip-hop, and southern rock. Opening with an acoustic guitar, the song crescendos into a storm of hooky riffs. The duo is throwing a video premiere party starting at 5:30 pm at Nashville's famous Gold Rush Restaurant, first popularized in Robert Altman's 1975 film, "Nashville." Twang and Round, consisting of Vernon Roach ("Kuntry Twang") and Brad Davis ("Lil' Round") prove their impeccable talent for partying in "Pour Another Round." The video, written, produced and cast by
Twang and Round, was shot in their home state of Kentucky. Executive produced by Spielberg protégé Colby Gardner and directed by Badger, "Pour Another Round" tells the story of a young couple choosing what's important: alcohol.
Twang and Round's influences span across every genre ranging from Creedence Clearwater Revival,
Black Crows, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, to UGK, Outkast, Beastie Boys, to Merle Haggard and
Waylon Jennings. Teenage friends, the Kentucky natives have built a bridge between all these genres to create their own unique sound.
