Stephanie Kirkham - 'Tiny Spark' - The Album 2016
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Stephanie Kirkham releases her third album 'Tiny Spark' on January 22nd through Easy Action Records. Produced by the Grammy Award winning Phil Thornalley (Natalie Imbruglia, Pixie Lott, Bryan Adams, Thompson Twins) it features the hugely catchy track 'Easy As 123', co-produced by Mads Hauge, which has been featured on the European TV campaigns from both EDF and Peugeot.

They say perseverance counts for much in this game. We say perseverance will get you nowhere without raw talent to back up all that effort.

Enter Stephanie Kirkham, a Lancastrian songstress who shot to critical and public acclaim with her first album, 2003's That Girl, before a record-label closure left her without an imprint, but with plenty of fans and a plethora of unreleased would-be-pop masterpieces looking for a home. Three years later, Sunlight On My Soul the follow up arrived, melding pop, jazz, celtic folk and Tudor-esque madrigals, again impressing tastemakers from Uncut to Q Magazine, with plenty of ears then wondering where this talented young lady would go from there.

Just under a decade on and the questions have finally been answered. Evidencing how people like Stephanie simply cannot lose interest in writing songs, during her nine year hiatus from the release schedule the artist in question has been busy fine-tuning her approach to making music and engaged in off-on recording sessions alongside esteemed award winning producer Phil Thornalley, in between working and cementing her reputation as a celebrated visual artist.

Good things come to those who wait, and judging by the contents on Tiny Spark, the long-awaited third LP, this is certainly the case. 'Tiny Spark' is released January 22nd through Easy Action Records and distributed by Cargo.
