New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Spartan Records label mates The Foxery (Louisville, KY) and Secret Stuff (Nashville, TN) are heading out on tour together.
Secret Stuff's debut 5-song EP, This Is Fine, will be released digitally and on 12" vinyl on January 29 via Spartan Records. Engineered and produced by Jon Hicks (Relient K, Haste the Day, Dance Gavin Dance) in his aptly-titled studio, Jon's House, This Is Fine captures the angst and misery of formative years, set on the backdrop of struggling to do even that. It focuses on shortcomings, the burdens of stress, overly critical self-analysis, and coming to terms with it all (the acknowledgement of which is where the title originates).
The EP is now available for pre-order in the Spartan Records store and on Bandcamp.
Coming on the heels of several independent releases, incessant DIY touring, and months and months of persistent writing, The Foxery found their home on Spartan Records with their 2014 debut full-length Unless, unquestionably their most prolific recording to date. Thematically, Unless tackles massive questions against the backdrop of a dark and wandering musical journey.
Unless is available for purchase in the Spartan Records store.
The Foxery will release a free 3-song EP, titled "American Dissonance," via their Bandcamp page. The EP will available to download/stream starting on January 15, the first day of the tour.
