Additional Artists Announced For 3rd Annual Electric Daisy Carnival, Mexico
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Insomniac) Today, Insomniac and local partner OCESA revealed the second wave of talented artists slated to perform at the 3rd Annual Electric Daisy Carnival, Mexico. These new additions bring the already impressive international lineup to more than 60 artists. The country's largest music festival will turn the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City on Saturday, February 27 and Sunday, February 28 into a whimsical playground for thousands of fans to explore.

Performing across all four monumental stages, the two-day festival now includes:

In its third edition, EDC Mexico will immerse attendees in a vibrant, neon-lit world encompassing four larger than life stage designs inspired by the country's dynamic culture. This year Insomniac's signature Crystal Village will travel to Mexico, giving Headliners the complete EDC experience reflected by the three pillars of EDC culture: technology, art and nature. This massive 231-foot stage located at kineticFIELD offers a mesmerizing display of 28 lasers, 10 flame units, 400 lights and 361 video tiles. The inspirational design paints a colorful panorama of cascading waterfalls, a fog-fuming, fiery dragon and a majestic Owl protecting its owl community below, with lifelike eyes beaming over the crowd.

Additional stages featured at EDC Mexico include neonGARDEN, circuitGROUNDS and localFLAVOR along with an array of costumed characters, engaging art installations and carnival attractions.

Tickets for EDC Mexico 2016 are on sale now and nearing their last tier in pricing. Two-day general admission tickets are priced at $1,640 MX while two-day VIP passes start at $3,200 MX in addition to service fees. VIP amenities include a separate entrance to the festival for expedited access, exclusive viewing decks with a full cash bar overlooking the stage, private restroom facilities and a souvenir laminate and lanyard.
