New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The acclaimed singer-songwriter
Haley Reinhart has announced the release of her sophomore album, Better, April 29th on ole and red dot. It features the current title track single, "Better," which had its exclusive video premiere on Billboard and is already being enthusiastically supported by iHeartRadio.
"The most exciting thing about making a new record is that you have an opportunity to tell new stories," Reinhart reflects on Better. "The songs - the lyrics and melodies - have been such a big part of my life for the past four years, and really define true moments of my journey."
The new album features 11 soulful tracks infused with rock, pop and the spirit of Motown, created with elite co-writers including Rob Kleiner, Sir Charles Prince, Anders Grahn, and Mynority. Reinhart's release of Better follows a big 2015 spurred by the success of her intimate rendition of "Can't Help Falling in Love With You," which has sold 193,000+ units to date with over 16 million Spotify streams.
Reinhart, who first captured national attention with her top-three finish in the 10th season of American Idol, will follow the release of Better with a national tour beginning June 3rd.
Better is being released by ole and its artist development arm red dot. red dot brings together ole's broad infrastructure in support of talented developing artists, providing instant exposure and opportunities in a business where the development process often takes years. Reinhart is signed to a worldwide co-publishing deal with ole.
