New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Massachusetts indie-rockers War Games have surprised fans yet again by stepping aside from their standard message of “uplifting and inspiring listeners with inspirational and motivating themes” to have some fun, with a cover of Sisqo’s 1999 hit “Thong Song”. The boys partnered up with Rock Sound to premiere the track and are beyond thrilled to now have it available to share with the world. After a year of promoting their debut album ‘Holding Patterns’, which was premiered via Alternative Press, War Games have taken to Soundbox Recording Studios in New Bedford MA to record this cheeky and energetic cover. Prepare to be taken back to high school.
This release is purely fun and for enjoyment, it should be for fans of a good time and smiling” – War Games
