Constant Communications Corporation Announces Connie Pappas Hillman's Departure From The Elton John Organization
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Constant Communications Corporation) Music industry veteran, Connie Pappas Hillman, has parted with the Elton John organization after working with the legendary recording artist for over four decades; it was announced by Constant Communications Corporation. Ms. Hillman will assume the role of Vice President of Bar None Music, Inc., the management and publishing entity for her husband, Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Chris Hillman. She will also continue at the helm of Constant Communications Corp., the company she founded in 1982 as the production enterprise for all of Elton John's North American tours. The company has concluded those operations and will continue to diversify its business activities, which include the expansion of Ms. Hillman's collegiate lecture series on women in today's music industry.

For the last 43 years, Ms. Hillman served in various capacities within the Elton John corporate structure and has played an integral role in the rock star's domestic career activities. Ms. Hillman began as Executive Vice President of The Rocket Record Company (1973-77). Most recently she served as North American tour producer (1982-2016) and that included co-production of all the Face to Face tours with Elton John and Billy Joel (1994 through 2010). For the past thirteen years, she was Vice President of the Elton John Charitable Fund (2003-2016) and served on the board of the Elton John AIDS Foundation (1992-2003).

Connie Pappas Hillman
Connie Hillman began her career working for Elton John's agent, Howard Rose, and was just 24 when she moved on to the recording side as Executive Vice President of The Rocket Record Company, joining John Reid (Elton's former manager). She was appointed Executive Vice President of John Reid Enterprises, co-managing Elton John, Bernie Taupin, Queen, Kiki Dee and Carole Bayer Sager. Ms. Hillman's notable accomplishments at JRE included the co-production of Elton John's Troubadour Benefit Concert in 1974 and his historic concert at Dodger Stadium in 1975. She was appointed Vice President of Rocket Music publishing company and Vice President of Poptropolis Enterprises, overseeing television development for The Hudson Brothers. In this chapter of her career, Connie Hillman was one of the few women in the music industry to hold such an impressive series of positions.
