New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Swedish-born, London-based singer-songwriter Fatima has signed to Blue Note France, and will soon begin recording her label debut which will be released globally in 2017. Blue Note has reissued her 2014 album Yellow Memories, making the acclaimed LP available today for download and streaming. Fatima's Still Dreaming EP, which contains three previously unreleased tracks, is also available now for download and streaming.

Born in Sweden to Swedish and Senegalese parents, Fatima moved to London in her early twenties. Thru collaborations with Dam Funk, Funkineven, Shafiq Husayn, Scratcha DVA and The Floating Points Ensemble, her unique talents were quickly recognized leading to the creation of Yellow Memories, an album recorded between London and Los Angeles and originally released on Eglo Records.

Yellow Memories featured production work from the likes of Floating Points, Theo Parrish, Oh No, Scoop DeVille, Computer Jay, Knxwledge, and Flako, and gained notice from Pitchfork who called Fatima "a uniquely captivating vocalist." Rolling Stone named Yellow Memories one of their "Best R&B Albums of 2014" describing it as a "nuanced blend of jazz, soul and stuttering electronic textures" adding that Fatima "radiates a quiet beauty, intimate and honest."
