Fallen From The Sky, (FFTS), formed in March of 2002 and includes drummer Giancarlo Aservi, guitarists Eric Jazvac and Ky Morland, bassist Marcus Kora and lead singer Ryan Loughney. Over the past two and a half years, the talented, energetic rockers have played in over 100 shows, including festivals, tours, benefits, and local gigs, and won the coveted 'Battle of the Bands' on five different occasions. After 12 months of continuous performing and touring, FFTS headed directly into the studio, and recently completed their new album 'Tune Out The World.' The 6-song EP, powerfully inspired by a range of rock and punk influences, will be released on Thursday, December 30th, 2004 at The Factory.
'December 30th is going to be amazing. Not only are we releasing our new CD, but we also get to share the stage with South Florida rock legends, The Agency. Right after the show we head out for a 15-day tour up the east coast and we couldn't be more excited,' said Fallen From The Sky frontman, Ryan Loughney, when asked about the upcoming album release party.
The Factory features concerts for all ages and has been a South Florida institution for 20 years, hosting such legendary bands as The Allman Brothers, Bad Company, Blue Oyster Cult, Flock Of Seagulls, Green Day, Heart, Jackyl, Jefferson Starship, Kansas, Living Colour, Men at Work, Marilyn Manson, Quiet Riot, The Ramones, Saigon Kick, Skid Row, Slaughter, Stevie Ray Vaughan and many more. Local South Florida bands are featured on weekend nights.
JMB Record$ was established by Jarett and Dr. Nevin Grushka, brothers of New Found Glory bassist, Ian Grushka in the Fall of 2003. The brothers both tired of their day jobs, decided to combine their love of music and their knowledge of the local scene, and started a label to help the 'little guy.' Fallen From The Sky has joined internationally acclaimed 'grave rockers' Death Becomes You on JMB Record$, among others. JMB Record$ is committed to building the careers of up and coming artists, and seeks out talented individuals with drive, dedication, and passion for the music.
