Randy Rogers Band Transcends Boundaries With History-Making Airplay
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Randy Rogers Band continues to establish its mark as a trailblazer by making history on the CDX chart both as a unit and with their current single "San Antone." Since the inception of CDX TRACtion monitoring and the TRACtion Texas Red Dirt Chart, the Randy Rogers Band is the most played artist to date in total chart spins and "San Antone" is the most detected single.

"From the seed of an idea planted during MusicFest at Steamboat Springs in January, creating the TRACtion Texas monitored airplay chart at Texas Red Dirt Radio has been a collective effort," says CDX TRACtion Texas Chart Director Jessie Scott. "As a bright light, mover and shaker, and community builder par excellence, it doesn't surprise me that Randy Rogers has garnered the most radio activity."

"San Antone" is currently at its second week at number one and will be followed by the 'Nothing Shines Like Neon' track titled "Tequila Eyes," which ships to radio today, Fri., Oct. 14.

"The band and graciously thank the CDX and Texas Red Dirt communities, and we appreciate them believing in us and what we do," says frontman Randy Rogers. "We strive to make great music for the fans, and they never fail us at getting that music to those fans and beyond."

In addition to new music, the hard-touring outfit -- often playing more than 200 dates a year - will headline a fall tour that includes stops in Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Baton Rouge and other cities.
