Sylvia Hosts Upcoming Episodes Of Heartland TV's "Country Classics"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) ACM award-winner Sylvia will bring her heartfelt music to the hit TV show, "Country Classics." Beginning this week, the country chart-topper will guest host four upcoming episodes. The program focuses on classic country from the 70s, 80s and 90s, highlighting some of the genre's biggest hits. Sylvia will be promoting her latest project, It's All In The Family, which is available now. CLICK HERE to purchase It's All In The Family.

"Academy of Country Music's 'Female Vocalist of the Year' 1982, Sylvia, has a chain of hits to her credit," said 'Country Classics' executive producer Jeff Moseley. "It was a special treat to have Sylvia guest host 'Country Classics.' Her talent and charm made for some very special Country Classics."

"Country Classics" will air new episodes beginning this week on the Heartland TV network. Additional all-new episodes will air on November 21, November 28 and December 5. Along with Heartland TV, the show airs on The Family Channel, AMG TV, Angel Two Network/Dish TV and Keep it Country TV - UK (check local listings).

Sylvia's latest project was released in October, and was met with high critical praise. The hitmaker is back, and generating a lot of buzz, recently being featured in Southern Living, The Huffington Post and many more! She also took fans inside her project, with in-depth videos detailing the inspiration and process that went into recording each song. The exclusive videos were featured by Roughstock, Digital Journal, The Country Note, The Daily Country and more.

About Sylvia:
With the release of Sylvia's second RCA album, Just Sylvia, the single "Nobody" sold two million copies and was #1 on all country music charts. It was awarded BMI "Song of the Year" for receiving the most radio airplay in 1983. "Nobody" also reached #13 as a crossover hit on Billboard's Top 100 chart and spent a total of 52 weeks on both charts. Recording for RCA until the end of 1987, Sylvia recorded six albums and garnered a total of 13 Top Ten and No. 1 songs, selling over 4 million records. In 1982, Sylvia was named "Female Vocalist of the Year" by the Academy of Country Music and was a Grammy nominee in the "Best Female Country Vocal Performance" category in 1983. Over an eight-year period, Sylvia crisscrossed America many times with her popular concert performances (over 200 per year), and she was a frequent guest on network television talk shows and specials - from The Today Show and Good Morning, America to Dick Clark's American Bandstand, and the Country Music Awards. Today, Sylvia records for her own independent record label, Red Pony Records and has released three CDs, "The Real Story" (1996), "Where In The World" (2002), and "A Cradle In Bethlehem" (2002). Sylvia's first record in 14 years, "It's All In The Family" (2016), was released on October 7th.
