New York, NY (Top40 Charts) iQmetrix would like to congratulate Samsung on being awarded Retail TouchPoints' Customer Engagement Award in the category of In-Store Digital.
iQmetrix is proud to have partnered with Samsung to deliver an endless aisle experience in 200 third-party retail locations to open up a new channel for Samsung Gear and connected home SKUs. The self-serve kiosk allows retailers to sell Samsung's premium line without having to physically carry the product.
"Omnichannel for Samsung is about the connection between digital and physical retail," says Emery Skolfield, VP of Omnichannel, Samsung. "We need to build a seamless connection through all touchpoints of the shopping experience."
Through a nomination process, the winners were selected on, but not limited to, four specific criteria:

2. Customer engagement strategies
3. Customer analysis
4. Technology innovation
