The String Cheese Incident has been announced as the third headliner for the 13th Annual Mountain Jam Music
Festival, completing the lineup with one of America's most significant independent bands. Indie-folk favorite, The Head and The Heart, has also joined the lineup. The infamous Mountain Jam late night shows will feature sets from Matisyahu, Moon Hooch and Sinkane. Additional artists announced include Amy Helm, Marty Stuart
and His Fabulous Superlatives, The Band of Heathens, TAUK, Nicole
Atkins, Muddy Magnolias, Dan Bern, Ari Hest, Holly Bowling, Andy Frasco and the U.N., Parsonsfield, The National
of Paul Revere, Hollis Brown, Ryan Culwell, Murali Coryell, Simi Stone, The Big Takeover, The Paul Green Rock Academy and Ratboy Jr.
These artists join a stellar packed lineup that includes previously announced headliners Tom Petty
and The Heartbreakers and Steve Miller Band. Also performing at the music and camping festival are Peter
Frampton, Gary Clark Jr., Michael Franti & Spearhead, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, The Strumbellas, Shovels & Rope, The Revivalists, The Infamous Stringdusters, White Denim, Elephant Revival, Lukas Nelson
& Promise Of The Real and River Whyless.

Over the past decade, The String Cheese Incident has emerged as one of America's most significant independent bands. Born in 1993 in Colorado's Rocky Mountains, SCI has since released 11 albums, 7 DVDs and countless live recordings from their relentless tour schedule. Their 23-year history is packed full of surreal experiences, epic moments, groundbreaking involvement and huge accomplishments. They have been recognized for their commitment to musical creativity and integrity, for their community spirit, philanthropic endeavors, and for their innovative approach to the business of music.
In 2014, The String Cheese Incident released "Song In My Head", their first studio album in nine years, which was produced by Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads. The album included 10 new songs written collaboratively by the group and debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.
