New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Saint Motel just hit the road on a massive North American Tour with Panic! At The
Disco last week in support of the new LP saintmotelevision (out now on Elektra). Yesterday, the LA-based indie pop quartet were in New York City to play a sold-out, debut performance at the legendary Madison
Square Garden.
To celebrate,
Saint Motel debuted the second album single "
Born Again"live on The Today Show. The band brought a few friends along for a raucous live performance of the track, which explores the dichotomy between sinners and saints. Like a good sermon "
Born Again" will bring you to your feet.
"Despite the title, 'Born Again' isn't meant to be a religious song or taken literally," explains Saint Motel's A/J Jackson. "It was actually inspired by a childhood friend who was sent away to rehab - I guess I might have been a bad influence or something. He was a changed man when we reconnected years later. We've been closing shows with it on tour and the response has been tremendous."

Born Again" follows saintmotelevision's lead single "Move" which hit #1 at Sirius/XM's Alt Nation, Top 20 at Alternative and Top 5 at Triple A.
