Kay allegedly smashed a photographer's camera in April outside the Attica nightclub in London's West End shortly after the singer had split up with his former fiance'e, Denise van Outen. His next court appearance in the case has been set for Oct. 22 although Kay was granted unconditional bail and is not expected to appear at that time. Jamiroquai's fifth effort, A Funk Odyssey, debuted at No. 44 on The Billboard 200 nearly three weeks ago.
