Alt Pop/Rock Band Courage My Love Joins Nettwerk's Publishing Roster
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Twin sisters Mercedes Arn-Horn and Phoenix Arn-Horn from Canadian alt pop/rock band Courage My Love have signed a publishing deal with Nettwerk Music Group, who currently represent Banners, Gojira, Together Pangea and more under the publishing arm. JUNO Award-nominated Courage My Love released their debut full length, Synesthesia, earlier this year, with lead single "Stereo" reaching #1 on the Spotify Viral Top 50 Chart. They spent the majority of the summer on the Vans Warped Tour (all 41 dates throughout the U.S.) before joining Simple Plan on their Canadian tour in September. They were also chosen to play the Vans Warped Tour "Rewind At Sea" Cruise at the end of October before they head to the UK for a headline tour in November.

Nettwerk co-founder Mark Jowett says, "Mercedes and Phoenix are not only super talented writers, but also dedicated artists who have toured half the earth to develop and maintain a strong connection with fans. Nettwerk Publishing is thrilled to welcome them to the family."

Mercedes and Phoenix add, "We're so excited to be new members of the Nettwerk family! It's always been our goal to work with people in the industry who have a love of good songs, and appreciate the genuine, raw qualities that craft them. We look forward to being part of a team where we will be appreciated and challenged, a team that has for years lead the industry in quality and passion."

Courage My Love advanced their sound from feverish guitar-bass-drum pugilism to something more complex, dynamic and striking for their debut Warner Music Canada/ InVogue Records (USA) album, Synesthesia. Fans will notice a sumptuous synth hook within the very first few bars of incredibly contagious first single "Stereo," indicating that Mercedes (singer, guitarist) and Phoenix (drums, synth, programming, vocals), along with bass player Brandon Lockwood, are pursuing more sophisticated sonics.

Co-produced by Chris Perry, the 11 songs on Synesthesia don't abandon the six-string frenzy or magnetic charm of the earlier three million YouTube viewed "Bridges" or "Kerosene."
