The Suburbs, best known for '80s hits "Love is the Law" and "Music for Boys" are new wave pioneers and were the first signing to Twin/Tone Records. They recently reformed after a lengthy hiatus and have a new album, "Hey Muse!" This is the first publishing deal signed by Chan Poling, primary songwriter of the Suburbs, in their 40-year history.
MC Lars is the creator of post punk laptop rap and lit-hop, which he has extended and powered into a fusion of rap, punk, rock, ska, pop, and other genres. He combines his music with powerful and present lyrics, rapping about everything from the iGeneration to Guitar Hero to Edgar Allen Poe to Game of Thrones, the Simpsons and Cyberbullying.
Marc Nelkin is a well-known Los Angeles-based pop songwriter whose songs have been cut by Kesha ("Backstabber," "C U Next Tuesday"), LP, Cher, Deborah Gibson, Charlie Wilson, Marie Digbt and more.
